All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine,
for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, that the
man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work.

PARCELS OF HOPE
Parcels of Hope is a food ministry of our church and is dedicated to the memory of Tina Fambro who began this ministry in December of 2011 to meet the needs of those who do not qualify for the Greater Works program. Using a downstairs classroom, Tina began feeding several families a month. Before long it was necessary to move to the Scout Hut where we now serve as many as 200 families a month.
Since Tina's death in March 2015, Reverend Beth Harrington has served as director. An average of 5 volunteers open the pantry each Wednesday from 9 am - 1 pm during the summer. Beginning this fall, we will return to our regular hours of 10 am - noon and 1 pm - 3 pm.
Parcels of Hope is funded by plate offerings, memorial and individual gifts, fundraisers and grants. Since we are able to purchase food from West Texas Food Bank in Odessa, we are able to make a dollar go a long way. This makes monetary donations especially helpful. However, we always appreciate donations of any of the items listed below.
If you have questions or wish to volunteer, please contact the church office at 943-2516.
